Friday - Antidote

Hello, puzzlers. As you found out yesterday, the government is moving four444444 to an overseas detention facility. Because he is considered a top threat, his specific location has been a highly guarded secret.
Fortunately, Mr. Pink made contact with us again today and informed us that he, with the help of mista hackah, managed to intercept and rescue four444444 early this morning. However, after learning of our plans for interference, the government apparently gave four444444 a deadly (but non-contagious) disease, the only antidote for which is at the remote detention center he was being moved to. Lucky for us, the government was moving him through Willard International Airport in Champaign when Mr. Pink intervened, so we still have a shot at saving him.
The other three hackers have made it into town and are working on finding the formula to recreate the antidote, and psych0_n1ng4 has created a device that will generate the antidote when the formula is entered. Since the government is aware of their presence here, they had to cease all communication and go into hiding, and will be relying on you to facilitate communication between them. You will need to find the hackers, help them piece together the formula, and deliver the resultant antidote to Mr. Pink and four444444.
The only information we have about the hackers' current locations was this SMS we received from Mista Hackah this morning:
